I’d never heard of this band or song before, but goddam if I don’t love it. They just seem so friggin’ happy singing it, it ends up making me happy.

Paris On Rails

A Nice Song

I’ve been studying at Barnes & Noble for the past few nights. The store has been playing an album for those past few nights. Instead of asking someone at the time (brilliant idea), I just scoured B&N.com looking for who the artist is.

I finally found it. The artist, Nicole Atkins & The Sea; the song, “The Way It Is”; the album, Neptune City. She’s from Neptune, NJ actually, which is kinda neat.

About The Scrabbled

The Scrabbled is a group of people blogging about and linking to all manner of things. Usually we argue and make fun of each other. Everybody knows everybody through somebody so there are no strangers here. Most of us have even met in real life! If you happen to personally know someone here and would like to start arguing with and/or making fun of someone, shoot John an email and ask to sign up. Otherwise, you're just going to have to read in relative silence. Sorry.
