Ziphone, an app that claims one-click jailbreaking for your iPhone or iPod Touch, was released yesterday. Pumped as I was to finally get an NES emulator on my phone, I was disappointed to find it simply wouldn’t work on my iPhone. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, missing a step, or it’s a bug in the newest version of the software (there have been several in the past few hours), but I jailbreak it and it fails to reboot, forcing me to do a restore.

There’s no harm in trying as you can’t brick your phone using this app. You can only force a restore. I’m curious to see if anyone has any better luck than I.
