Zombies! Run!
Yeah, so, I hate running. I loathe it. It’s not just that I suck at it and don’t have the patience or willpower to get better. It’s the crushing boredom, the annoying brain loops I get stuck on (counting things, obsessing over cracks in the pavement, breathing beats, etc), everything dull and crushingly awful about it.
I might have found a solution: an iOS app called Zombies! Run! that turns your run into a retrieval sort of RPG game wherein you inevitably get chased by zombies. I haven’t tried it yet, and I may still hate running, but provided it doesn’t rain tomorrow, I may give it a shot.

You're not fat because you don't exercise enough.
And exercising more will not help you lose weight. At least, not very well. You’re fat because you have too much insulin. Insulin controls whether or not our body burns or stores calories. The more insulin you have, the more fat you’re going to store. And while exercise burns calories, if your insulin levels are high, your body will demand those calories back and make you hungry.
So how do you lower your insulin levels? Eat fewer carbs.
