My girlfriend got me a home-carbonator for our three year anniversary yesterday. I hear the syrups that come with it are garbage though, so I’m going to make my own concoctions when I get home tonight.
Any suggestions? I’m already planning to make a Kalamansi soda and a homemade lemon-lime seltzer when I get home. I live a block from Chelsea market so the fruits of the world are at my fingertips.
