This presidential directive is nearly nine months old now, but no one I’ve talked to (including Sammy) has even heard of it. Apparently it gives the president dictatorship like power in the event of a catastrophic emergency, but get this; it’s definition of said emergency (2:b) seems to include fairly regular events ie. severe hurricanes! Hell, if it’s as bad as it sounds, Obama vs. Hillary could be a moot point.
