I’m not going to lie. I really like the first two Dresden dolls albums and her first solo
Record, but everything I’ve heard off of this new album is GOD FUCKING AWFUL!

I don’t know much about her, i’ve heard of the Dresden Dolls but have never listened to them. The only songs by her I know are this single and the other one off this album…I don’t love this song, don’t really hate it either…I just like the crazy look she gets in her eyes towards the end.

She’s a theater kid who never grew up. That’s the whole problem with her music, with her performance, with all of it. I just want to shake her and say “STOP TRYING TO SO HARD.”

Agreed, that’s what irked me about the song/performance. I probably don’t dislike it as much as you but it can definitely be grating.

I’m honestly at the point where I’m trying to trick myself into being unbiased about Thom Yorke/Radiohead. And I don’t know if I can. I just like everything they do way too goddam much and it’s not possible for someone to be this consistently good.

So I just found my album of the year…If i do ever get some tech sense maybe I will figure out to get it on the wotsit.
But in the meantime, if you have Spotify, find Goat : World Music and prepare to be outstanded..
