who wants good eggs
I have a new customer out in fuckwad, pa. and he sells the most amazing free range eggs.
these birds is about as free range as you get, they are clucking round my ankles as I am walking up to the office from the barn.
So the thing is this, i will be on a new route in about 4 weeks and will not be able to get them so easily.
if anyone wants any of these gourmet lovelies, let me know as soon as and i will see if i can put a bulk order in for a weeks worth of eggs or whatever number these things lay.
It would be helpful if you could get them from me if you want them or maybe for the Jersey folk I could drop off at one house. Sammy and Paris’s would be best call as they still have my booze, I hope.
If this works I will probably get the order in 3 weeks.

as long as you don’t get roosters you should be fine, you just need to consider them as pets and keep up with the mess. i’ve been looking at these……

I figure — I’ve already got the unused garage — it’d be a cynch to turn part of it into a coop. And and a dozen eggs a week from just two hens!? Cmon!
My only concern is the smell. I have a compost in the backyard, but I don’t know just how much chicken poop could be buried in there before it started to smell. I have a feeling it’d be fine, but it’s not something I’d want to find out wasn’t fine halfway through the summer.
so, several towns in new jersey prohibit chicken raising. yes, we are the garden state, but you’re not seeing any live chickens in haddonfield!
i’ve done stories on this. so, you should just probably call your township or borough or city and ask about their chicken ordinances. sometimes it’s called a livestock ordinance or small farming ordinance.
i expect to be thanked with eggs.
