Aliens! Well, probably!
Aliens apparently don’t have to be carbon (or phosphorus) based, so the chance that they exist is really good.

I thought this link was going to be about this: http://www.nasa.gov/home/hqnews/2010/nov/HQ_M10-167_Astrobiology.html
Which is happening in just a few minutes. Everyone is speculating that they found evidence of this arsenic-eating life on Saturn’s moon Titan.
@Paris: i actually saw a pretty interesting thing (or read an article? I don’t remember) about how our form actually makes evolutionary sense for most intelligent life. A minimum of two legs to free up limbs for tool-use (more than two legs wastes energy and would be bred out). A minimum of two eyes for depth perception (three eyes or more offer no significant benefit while demanding larger brain size for more processing power, so to speak). A head that is raised above the ground containing the brain where it is furthest from danger… all in all, a humanoid intelligent alien actually is somewhat likely.
