Thirty Books
Time’s running out.. I’m guessing there might be 1 or 2 on this list you 29 yr olds haven’t read.

Wow I haven’t read many of those actually. I have some in queue (Siddhartha, Tipping Point, and I’m reading 100 Years Of Solitude right now. It’s really beautiful.
I’m teaching an English class at my school this year. And we’ll actually hit Grapes of Wrath and Walden. Funny that I just didn’t read them in high school.
Only ones I still need to read are:
- War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy
- One Hundred Years of Solitude by Gabriel García Márquez
- The Wisdom of the Desert by Thomas Merton
- The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Graham
- David Copperfield by Charles Dickens
- Four Quartets by T.S. Eliot
- Crime and Punishment by Fyodor Dostoyevsky (though I did read Brothers Karamazov, which is arguable better)
- Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov
- The Master and Margarita by Mikhail Bulgakov
- How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
- Honeymoon with My Brother by Franz Wisner
