Danny and Annie
I like to pretend that I am an emotional hard-ass, but this made me cry at work. If it doesn’t do something for you, you’re dead inside.

Ohhh sobbing. As soon as I opened this and saw it was a StoryCorps project, I knew I would be crying by the end of it. Back when I had to be up early to commute, StoryCorps on Friday mornings was a weekly episode of crying in traffic.
It’s awesome that they’re animating these now. I saw Q&A before (which, btw, struck a chord with me having watched my cousin with Asperger’s grow up) and I thought it was a one-off. I hope they do more.
The awesome thing about this is I watched it and was in fact moved. And I had tinges of good feelings. Then I read some of the comments saying how it was boring and that it sucks that they ask for donations and all sorts of negative stuff and then I remembered: “Oh yeah, that’s right. Humanity is a blight and people do by and large suck very badly. That’s what it’s all about.”
