I know one shouldn’t speak ill of the dead, but is the interval for “Too Soon” shorter if it’s someone you had no respect, and even contempt for in life?

I’m with Hutch. There isn’t enough paper in the world to list the people who I’d have no problem not shedding a tear upon hearing of their demise. And probably 30-40% of that list might even elicit some semblance of a positive emotion.

And I also have no problem with the idea that many people might feel the same way about me. But whatever. What the hell would I care if they were happy about me dying. I’m dead.

About The Scrabbled

The Scrabbled is a group of people blogging about and linking to all manner of things. Usually we argue and make fun of each other. Everybody knows everybody through somebody so there are no strangers here. Most of us have even met in real life! If you happen to personally know someone here and would like to start arguing with and/or making fun of someone, shoot John an email and ask to sign up. Otherwise, you're just going to have to read in relative silence. Sorry.
