Boston police officers operate an ice cream truck throughout the summer and fall in a new-age effort to connect with the public.
It’s kind of molestery, no? Like a “hey, kids. we’re friendly! here! have some ice cream! there ya go. You don’t hate us right? Why don’t you come on into our ice cream van and we’ll give you some more. yeah… that’s right…”
But instead of molesting him, they beat the kid for being poor and black.
