i-Dosers?
So apparently the new designer drug is binaural sound played via headphones. Sounds completely nuts, but Snopes doesn’t seem to have picked up on it and there’s no real research on it. I’m going to try a few tonight, expecting absolutely nothing to happen, but it must be done FOR SCIENCE!
Regardless, it’s pretty fun to watch a bunch of idiot kids overreact to them on youTube.

I tried one and it gave me a headache. The files I got, though, were these DRG files that need their special player. I was gonna put some on my phone and listen in bed where I could close my eyes and do all the stuff you’re supposed to do, but I didn’t have a chance to research how to convert these proprietary DRG files into lossless mp3 or whatever.
Right, that top link is the one I found, but it involves downloading some command line app and running a bunch of long converts. I was hoping to find something quicker that doesn’t involve letting the entire file play in order to convert it. That just seems like far too much an expenditure of time for something so dumb.
I watched a couple videos on youtube and all those kids are using iPods, are you telling me those rugrats can figure this shit out but you can’t?!?!
I’m telling you they have more free time on their hands to do so. It’s quite possible they just did a loopback recording.
