Meh… boring.
I’m with Paris. Same goes for the rest of that new album. Totally boring. I’m all for them branching out and defying expectations or whatever other pretentious claptrap artists roll out when following up a huge debut album. That’s all well and good when they back it up with actual songs. Which they seem to have forgotten with this new album.
I was never an MGMT fan, but I really like the new album. It’s sort of all over the place, but its well thought out.
It’ll be on some “Most Underrated Albums of The Decade” list one day.
