Wow. Lets go!
We are almost unpacked. We need to go. Not this weekend, but next? We should be good by then. I’m just going to order the entire Salumi section of the menu.
if you go next weekend, let us know. we’ll probably be staying in the city on friday & saturday nights if i can successfully book a free room we won.
just to update, we WILL be staying in Center City friday & saturday night (15/16th). we will also be watching the Man Utd game live at 10 a.m. on saturday, most likely at Fado. let us know if either of you want to meet up for dinner anywhere either of those nights.

we’re at Windsor Suites on the edge of the Parkway. i volunteered at a golf outing in the summer and got it in one of the raffles.

Still haven’t gotten a yay or nay from Sue, Luke and Rach. At this point, it’s unlike, but I’ll just call later today and see if I can’t make a table for 9, assuming everyone’s still in.
I haven’t called yet, but for the record, as soon as this became a seatings get much more than 5 or 6, reservations are incredibly unlikely. I don’t expect there to be anything available at either place, but it’s worth a shot.

Honestly, once the number hit 9 I was like “oh, well, that’s not gonna happen.” But then you were all “we should make reservations!” so I suppose it’s worth a shot. It’s just highly highly unlikely.
Future scrabbled restaurant gathering threads should have a “table for 5, first to reply is in the reservation” type policy so reservations don’t become impossible. Unless it’s Dim Sum or something that caters to large groups. Know of any places like that?

i’m fine with the first 5/6 in. mostly because we were both first on this one – HA. basically i just want to know if any of you will be in Center City this friday or saturday night so kev & i can meet up with you to have food & beers. otherwise we’ll be getting obnoxiously sloshed by ourselves.
