Grizzly Bear, St. Vincent, Japandroids, and Converge were pretty much what would be on my list if I expanded it to 20.

So it expand it to 20.

I basically grabbed my top 40 mathematically from my ratings at work. Then I started re-ordering. Once it got the point where I didn’t feel I could rate one album over another, I cut it off. So, in essence, I got very familiar with only 25 albums this year.

Now to go and fill in all the missing reviews on mixtape. You should do the same!

I just assume everyone knows how to get to and use my dyn-o-saur server to grab music off my home machine.

Of course, I haven’t gotten that back up running since having moved over christmas weekend. Hopefully have that set up again over the weekend. If you don’t know the address and how to connect, shoot me an email for facebook message. I’ll trade you albums for a sketchup blueprint :)

heheheh, I work from home and my music is stored on my internal hard drive now. Two reasons I’d rather not give up all my bandwidth all day.

That said, the web’s gotten to the point where it’s almost easier to just google “megaupload albumname” or “rapidshare albumname” or “albumname torrent”

Understandable. For some reason, stealing from you felt less like stealing though. This will be missed.

About The Scrabbled

The Scrabbled is a group of people blogging about and linking to all manner of things. Usually we argue and make fun of each other. Everybody knows everybody through somebody so there are no strangers here. Most of us have even met in real life! If you happen to personally know someone here and would like to start arguing with and/or making fun of someone, shoot John an email and ask to sign up. Otherwise, you're just going to have to read in relative silence. Sorry.
