Stay classy, Philadelphia.
I know I’m supposed to be outraged, but c’mon. This is hilarious. What a great town.

Some of the youtube comments are farcical.
this was a sporting event, sports mean rivalries.
If I was ever to attend the stadium of a team other than my own and stood and shouted/cheered my team and jeered the home team this is the least I would expect in return.
At least it was just snowballs. Not too long ago The objects thrown at the opposing fans at included darts and golf balls with 6" nails hammered through them. Of course this was back in merry old blighty- home of “class”.
Yeah, I don’t see what the big deal is. I mean I consider sports a pretty classless venture to begin with, and football the lowest of the low. But it was just snowballs. I’ve seen/heard of much worse. Besides, it’s Philadelphia. If you take away their irrational, sad and at times violent devotion to their sports teams……what else do they have have? Drowning the sorrows of one’s existence in sub-par cheesesteak and DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince records only eases the pain so much before it needs another outlet.

hahaha Jesus. Sounds like you have an axe to grind.
Now I’m picturing someone eating a cheese steak while sobbing and trying to sing “Summertime” at the same time. It’s an awesome thing, so thanks for that.
I hadn’t thought about the visual, but now that you mention it….oh man.
No axe to grind, I just like tweaking Philadelphians sense of insecurity. I lived in Eastern PA for 8 years and I love Philadelphia as a city. It’s one of my favorite places. I just am always amused at the anger and aggression and the aforementioned insecurity so it’s always fun to play off of that.
