Hahahahah I loved this! I feel like some TV shows and movies use the premise to a fault and it makes me hate them. Frasier used to do it all the time. That movie Garden State, oddly enough, is the first one I can think of that does it, but I’m sure there are better examples that just aren’t springing to mind.
I had a Ren and Stimpy Christmas cd when I was younger that was heavily yak-themed (since their holiday was Yaksmas). I wish I could find, rip, and upload it in time for this post to still be relevant. I remember listening to it sometime within the last few years and it being delightfully twisted.
