I watched the first season and part of the second. It started great, got slow, then got great again. Then I heard it got cancelled and didn’t bother finishing the second season.

It’s a pretty great show. It stops after the second season, but while it doesn’t completely finish, it wraps up well enough in my opinion. I’d describe why I feel this way, but it’s impossible to without spoilage.

My dad, for example, he’s not as cosmopolitan or as educated as me and it can be embarrasing you know. He doesn’t understand all the new trendy words – like he’ll say “poofs” instead of “gays”, “birds” instead of “women”, “darkies” instead of “coloureds”.
