I may be getting old or something, but that’s what HELL looks like to me. awful. covered in someone else’s sweat and bodily fluids, being hot with no place for escape and in a crowd of assholes that i don’t like. (unless you where there hutch, then i’d like 1 person.)

it’s kind of funny because this is what Hutch claims to hate, too. the music & energy itself must be worth it though. he’s been trying to get me to go for years (i might, but WHY does it have to be on a monday?? ugh).
The music and energy is what turns it from something intolerable into something amazing and awesome. If it were that same crowd of sweaty people pushing each other and your usual bar music were on, I’d want to die.

If you think it’s too hot or crowded or the people are pushing too much or you can’t see the band (they play on the floor, not on the stage — the only way to see them is to push), I don’t want to hear it! No buzzkills allowed! The only thing you’re allowed to say to me about the show during or after the show is how fucking great the show was.
