I like this band. I think what finally put the new album over the edge for me was realizing that it’s actually a sort of throwback to 90’s R&B like TLC and En Vogue. But, y’know, modern. Hell, even the video for Stillness is the Move has a few apparently purposeful homages to TLC’s Waterfalls videos.
Anyway, I like parody posts.

I was beginning to wonder if I should check out their older albums. I recall trying them in the past and not being interested.
I’m just going to stick with Bitte Orca. Hutch, I believe what you’re saying. There is definitely a focus on drum beats and rhythm.
What would happen to this band if they went inside a Mac store and found the cleaning fluid…
Yeah, Paris I’ve hated everything they’ve done in the past. I like this album though.

What is there to disagree with? I’m stating a previous misconception I had: I thought metal was just metallica. I didn’t think there was really anything else. THen I heard Tool and was like “oh, this is metal, too! This is different!”
