Vision for Space Exploration......
40 years after the moon landing the US of A sent up a LRO as the first step of the “vision”. "To successfully attain the goals of “The Vision”, including human exploration of the Moon, LRO will orbit the Moon,"
including human exploration?

And here I thought I was going to be the first one to post about this. You know they’re passing over the previous landing sites, right? They’ll have pictures of tire tracks and the original rover from the first landing.
The plan on doing more exploring of the poles of the moon because they believe their might be water ice on them that astronauts could use in extended stays.

Why on earth would they fake the again!? It’s a whole new NASA! New people, new staff, no cold war… there’s no reason for it! There’s no reason for them to have not come out with information about a moon hoax by now. You’re batshit.
Luke and I have conversations about grossest water ice flavors… the worst so far is battery.

The moon is affected by extreme temperature changes, which are exacerbated by its lack of atmosphere. The camera supposedly used to take the lunar stills, a Hasselblad 500, would not operate at temperature extremes that cause chemical changes in film emulsion. Mechanical parts expand and lenses loosen in extreme heat. Exposure meters fail and film shatters like glass in extreme cold.

OH NO HE DIDN’T!
I love when people make the moon landing hoax claim because it’s fun to watch people work so hard – so very, very hard – to drag you to what’s essentially a very mild and unremarkable point of view. Behold:
Person With Too Much Time On Their Hands: The moon landing was faked.
Me: Yeah? Prove it.
(Person With Too Much Time On Their Hands spends hours pulling data together to support their glitteringly iconoclastic argument.)
Me: Alright, you’ve convinced me that it was a hoax. What’s it all mean, then?
PWTMTOTH: The Richard Nixon administration lied to you.
Me: But I already knew that.
PWTMTOTH: Please validate the time I’ve wasted researching this.
Me: Yeah, thanks for the news flash about governments lying and that we shouldn’t trust them. Shit, if I was running the government during the Cold War I might have done the same goddamn thing. Just for fun.
