the new york times crossword puzzle game is awesome. it’s less invasive as the huge books i have, i can easily erase if i mess up AND i can use the stylus to write in the letters.

i need suggestions for games for games to download. please describe them too. i am a self-proclaimed n00b.

Brain Age 2. The daily puzzles are amusing enough, I guess, but the Sudoku game is pretty great.

Peggle. You can’t go wrong with Peggle, it’s like someone combined the addictiveness of crack with that Plinko game on The Price is Right.

But those are games you buy in the store… can’t really speak for their download service as I have the regular ol’ DS lite. But if it’s anything like the Wii’s download service, it will release a few glimmers of hope before grinding your soul beneath a hob-nailed heel of shit.

I told you about Professor Layton and the Curious Village. It’s a adventure/mystery story which features hundreds of logic puzzles and delightful music and animation.

Neves is a tangram game. Great for a quick pick-up.

Mario Kart and Mario Party. Online play is awesome.

I wrote this up last week for someone else re DS games.

Maggie on another board said:

nintendogs is adorable but taking care of a fake pet gets boring, especially because you have to talk to the DS like a crazy person

tetris ds is kind of awesome. there’s regular tetris and then a bunch of new and different ways to play.

mario kart ds SAME DEAL AS EVERY MARIO KART, PINKY.

the new super mario bros is also a lot of fun – generic mario sidescroller plus a ton of mini games. i got so good at one mini game that i can’t lose at it unless i do it on purpose.

i loved professor layton and the curious village – you have to solve a bunch of puzzles in order to solve a mystery story thing. BUT i ended up playing the entire game in the span of three nights because i couldn’t stop. there are more games in this series that haven’t been released in the US yet.

i have a rayman raving rabbids game which is actually a sidescroller and not really anything like the wii game. it’s all right once you get the hang of it, but meh

it is possible that i still own spore creatures which was cute for five seconds and then i died. every time. have no idea what i’m doing. hate it now and want to sell it back to gamestop.

final fantasy iii is final fantasy iii

ny times crossword puzzles which i have played nearly every night since buying it for fifteen dollars in january of 2008.

i think i have one other game but i cant remember what it is.

the crosswords game is one of the best investments i have ever made, and i have NO IDEA what i’m going to do once i play them all.

You could name the cat “Clothes off” then when you entered your apartment you could say “Where’s Gosia?” and she could yell, "In the bedroom with Oliver Clothes Off.
