Well I’m definitely not reading all of that. But given that fact that nothing too awful has happened to me under the Existing Documents, I’ll just vote for that.
I really wish someone would tell me how to vote.

The docs you’ve been currently adhering to aren’t being voted on. There’s the docs that they put out there and there was huge uproar about and user-defined new docs. Neither are current in play. Here’s the gist:
The “original” docs say that anything you upload to facebook belongs to facebook and they can do whatever they want with it.
The new proposed docs drafted by the users say they can’t.
