Paris' Car Jukebox
So I’ve been on spring break since last Wednesday. I’ve been busy with Seton Hall work, rest, reading, and the outdoors. I haven’t been online too often.
I still can’t believe that Twitter post is alive. I’m probably going to miss my Lost responsibility tonight too.
Anyway, I just stopped in Jersey City to pay rent and I made a fresh set of CDs for my car. I thought it’d be a nice thing to share, seeing as I haven’t posted anything of interest in a while.
In no particular order…
- Panda Bear Person Pitch
- Belle & Sebastian If You’re Feeling Sinister
- The Antlers Hospice
- The B-52’s Self-titled
- Bruce Springsteen The Wild, The Innocent & The E Street Shuffle
- The Sandals Endless Summer Soundtrack
- The Weakerthans Left & Leaving
- Arcade Fire Funeral
- The Rentals Return Of…
- The Supremes Where Did Our Love Go?
- Bat For Lashes Two Suns
- Blackalicious Blazing Arrow
- Modest Mouse The Moon & Antarctica
- LCD Soundsystem Sound Of Silver
- The last four Animal Collective LPs, because I couldn’t decide.
Yes, I’m currently shopping for an iPod hook-up better than those transmitters. But for now I must have options.

Apparently you’ve been SO out of the loop that you forgot that Lost is on Wednesdays, not Tuesdays. Or you thought today was Wednesday, either way, that’s awesome.
I haven’t gotten into Bat for Lashes at all yet. The last album or the current. It just hasn’t hit me. I like it, but… nothing seems to stand out.
That Antlers album is pretty good, but also like Bat for Lashes, nothing has stood out. Unlike Bat For Lashes, that’s a good thing since I generally put it on as background.
