my dad used to work at a place involved with making trash compactors, and more than once he had to travel out to places where people either got seriously injured or died by standing in them to do stuff. he basically had to make sure it was user-error and not their equipment. that crazy shit actually happens.
you should do a video like that for A/V safety.

I don’t doubt it at all…people do ridiculous shit at work every day.

I was about to link to that one too, the best one. Or maybe I liked it since I saw it a few years ago when I worked in the warehouse on a forklift.
This is the first version I’ve seen with subtitles though. I used to just watch in in plain German, added to the comedy.
