G8 protesters make me wish I was a riot cop. At least typical ones, maybe not this time around, because they have a legitimate concern.
Those pictures are amazing. I think I hate protestors, too, Evan. Once it gets violent they lose their clout. Didn’t anyone see the movie Gandhi? No one heard of MLK? Antagonism without violence, man.

Looking at some ot the ‘protesters’, they do not strike me as being your average hippie/activist type. Most of the photo’s of violence show your average Chav/meathead/hooligan kind of guy.
This protest was always going to get violent and some people just enjoy the rush of the fight and could not care less about whatever message is supposed to be sent by the event.
Europeans in particular have shown this at pretty much every ‘G’ meeting held over there.
This is also why football hooliganism is still prevalent.
I felt like a riot cop last night at Dan Deacon. Damn kids.
