i thought about going to zahav tomorrow. it was that or cochon. ultimately i picked the pork-heavy place. it is my birthday afterall.

rachel has been there and says it’s pretty great, which i believe. his cooking at marigold was pretty top-notch.

plus, he is a vetri-disciple. the cooks coming out of vetri’s kitchen are everywhere. marc vetri has had such a significant impact on food in philadelphia
