making your own croissants (or any type of rolled-in dough… puff pastry, etc) is very fucking time consuming. BUT, it’s pretty straightforward and extremely easy…AND the finished product is well worth the time and a million times better than anything you can buy (outside high-end pastry shops)
i would just recommend making alot of the rolled-in dough at a time so you don’t have to do it often
