American Public Media's iPhone App
American Public Media has released a free app that streams a whole shit ton of public radio stations directly to your iphone. This means that even though I’m not allowed to stream NPR at work and the building is too dense to get radio signals, I can start listening to the news all day.

What’s the app called?
“Public Radio.” It’s in the top 25 or top 50 free apps, which was where I found it.
On this subject (iphone apps) what are some of the best games to get? Nothing too fancy. Just good idiotic, simple fun.
I’m a big fan of “darts.” It’s fun and idiotic. I also have 21 pro which is blackjack with hints (if you choose).
Katamari Damacy is great. LuxTouch is free Risk. TapDefense is one of those tower defense games that’s fun. Then there’s sudoku and chess. Gosia plays Word Warp obsessively.
Weird! I just went to use the Public Radio app this morning at work for the first time and it told me I needed to find an internet connection. But then it started working anyway.
Also, if you want to get really mad at the world, read the negative reviews for the app. I wanted to reach through my phone and strangle them.
I do not have an iPhone but I can guarantee Katamari Damacy is the game to get.
