I love the last part of the video when everyone gets drippy. There’s a part with just a profile of a head moving back and forth. It is strictly there to show two alternating textures for a few seconds and I love it.

Also, the show was fucking awesome. I’ve never been to a show that wasn’t a true-blue band, so I was wondering how it would go. I was in the center crowd with some other fun-lovers, so we just jumped around and danced like wild men. The highlights were the reggaeton-infused version of “Leaf House” and the extended “Brothersport”. There was also this really song they played in the encore that I didn’t recognize. I haven’t found it in my Animal Collective collection yet either. High energy, bursts of light and sound, it was a blast.

Someone buy me a ticket for the Philly show (on sale tomorrow). I will go and take off the next day (May something).

I bought a doughnut and they gave me a receipt for the doughtnut… I don’t need a receipt for the doughnut. I give you money and you give me the doughnut, end of transaction. We don’t need to bring ink and paper into this. I can’t imagine a scenario that I would have to prove that I bought a doughnut. To some skeptical friend, Don’t even act like I didn’t buy a doughnut, I’ve got the documentation right here… It’s in my file at home. …Under “D”.
