Awesome! I heard about this potentially happening on NPR the other day, but it sounded like it wasn’t likely. I just don’t understand why he’s so hard up about 11 fucking libraries. And why the fuck would you choose libraries!? Surely there’s gotta be a more politically expedient government building or agency you can close, Mayor Nutter.

wow, i thought the news was more widespread than that. it’s been the big issue in philly for ages.
