attention hot dog fans
this is big.
my favorite food in all of the land is a hot dog. put some cheese on it, sauerkraut, hot mustard and i’m good to go. take me to a dollar dog nite at citizens bank park and i’m in for at least five.
my mecca has now opened. and the only thing wrong with it is its awful name.
sportz dogz
the home run of hot dogs!
now open in collingswood lumberyard
a few examples of its fare:
the world series dog – spicy brown mustard, sauerkraut and onion sauce
march madness dog – a dog wrapped in bacon, deep fried and topped with cheese
da bulls dog – yellow mustard, relish, tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery salt
now, i’m a bit discouraged by the menu (the design of it, purely) and i feel as if they could be a bit more adventurous with the selection. they do have a pulled pork, sweet sausage and roast beef. also, many different kinds of sides (baked beans a must) and desserts.
apparently, its motto is “eating hot dogsz, talking sportz and living life.” that about sums it up for me.
