the Chairman is one of the most batshit insane fucking characters i have ever seen on tv, including Captain James Tiberius Kirk. i love this guy. having been in “Double Dragon” doesn’t hurt, either.

He was in that?! I wanted to see that so bad when it came out then I totally forgot about it.
He was also in that Brazilian karate dance movie.

that movie was awesome and now i remember him.
i worked at the Ritz 5 when that came out and the ENTIRE RUN of it, people walked out of the theatre pissed off that they had to “read the movie”. they all thought it would be a standard kung-fu movie and were obviously not the regular Ritz 5 crowd.
