Yeah, smelled it heavily when I came over the bridge from Philly this morning on my way to work. I had this momentary chill of anxiety where I wondered if something in my engine was overheating and about to stall out the car right there on the bridge.

I was driving home last night and the air was hazy with smoke.

yeah, it seems like once a year it gets really dry and then some negligent buffoon in the Pinelands tosses out a cigarette from his car, sparking the picture above. You can see an ominous glow on the AC Expressway every night… well up until tomorrow, at least.
