I’m already doing this, JOHN!
Living with a vegetarian wife for 9 years, I still managed to eat my fair share of animal products and meat. But over the past 8 months I think I have meat once a week(if that) in my efforts to lose weight. And it’s definitely worked. So I’ve saved the planet while I made it slightly less visually repulsive by not walking around looking like a gelatinous tub of goo. BOO YA!!
Yeah, I’ve definitely been cutting back some. I’ll never give it up completely, but there’s no reason to eat meat every day.
That’s the thing, I also find that I enjoy it more when I do eat it now that I don’t have it every day or even more than once or twice a week.
