I don’t know what’s scarier: that Putin would accuse us of this or that it actually sounds quite plausible, especially considering how McCain was all up in arms about Georgia and Russia about 6 months before this happened.

Actually scarier even than Putin accussing us of this, and the plausibility of it being true combined are less scary than the cold hard truth that even if it were that 50% of the country wouldn’t be bothered to care or form an opinion on it either way if it were.

Nothing, really. But not having an opinion on our government potentially instigating a war for political gain….maybe a little.

9/11 conspiracy theorists are going to love this! Not only did Bush attack his own country with planes, he instigated a war between two other nations to help his party succeed in the upcoming elections.
