fantasy football
anyone starting a league this year? Reggie? i want to play, but i missed signing up for the one i have at work.

I’m in a pay league… $20 to get in, but we have an even number of players right now. If I (or you) can find somebody else to maintain an even number of teams, you’re in.
I play in about 47 leagues because I’m bored and like watching statistics accrue on my computer screen. Ryan, are you attempting to get a Scrabbled league started? It doesn’t look like there was too much interest in the fantasy soccer league, but people probably like American football more. I’d play. And win.
if there’s interest i think we should start a scrabbled league, if not do you want to join reggie’s league?
i’d join a scrabbled league. my first pick is jaime moyer (that was a joke, though my love for him is not).

I would actually be really into a fantasy football (soccer) league, but I tend to take fantasy way too seriously, and I wouldn’t like not being able to watch games regularly. I actually joined your league way back when and got my as kicked. I’ll play you in Fifa if you want.

they’re not hard to see regularly if you have a few extra channels. most of the important games are on Fox Soccer. i get pretty obsessed – i’ve already made multiple trades after the first week because i didn’t realize one of my more preferred players joined the Premier League out of nowhere. unfortunately no one joined the fantasy league at all, so i’ll just have to go back trying to beat 20 other englishman at their own game.
