What’s everyone think about the way China’s handling the Olympics?
I cant get over the amount of crap that continues to crop up in the weeks leading up to the games. The pollution is unbelievable and the latest stuff about them reneging on their promise of a free press, while I guess I could have foreseen, is just absurd.
All frosting on the cake of blatant human rights violations and decades of the tyranical dictatortasticness of course. I mean, who do they think they are, the U.S.?

Can everyone help keep an eye/ear open for when the Steeplechase comes on? I swear I saw it once when I was very young.

The Steeplechase. It’s based on an old race in Scotland I think. The villagers used to run from one steeple to another, jumping over walls which lined peoples’ properties.
Now they run around the oval track a couple times while climbing over walls (some with puddles on the other side).
