No way. It’s still got way too much potential in orbit and the moon won’t entirely suitable for everything. The space station isn’t even finished. And by the time it is completely useless, technology will have progressed to the point where if we were to want to send it somewhere, we’d have something better we could make that trip in.
The space station is set to be finished in a couple years, in order for Nasa to build a “better” craft to travel in they would have to go through the entire design,test,re-design,test and finalize process. I say we strap some engines on the ISS and shoot it somewhere…heck even orbiting the moon for an extended period of time would be cool.
