I can’t see videos at work, but is this from The Mighty Boosh? They have a character named Old Gregg that basically screams “I’m Old Gregg” a lot haha.

I’d also like to point out if it IS the Boosh, they are hilarious and awesome, but definitely an acquired taste. I’m not sure old Gregg is the best place to start with them haha.
