Name the Camden venue
So the horribly named Tweeter Center is now the maybe more horribly named Susquehanna Bank Center.
Aside from it being the worst venue ever, we need to start coming up with stable names for things because it seems like they are gonna change every few years when someone else buys it. I’m sure this place had a name before “Tweeter” but I really can’t remember it.
I nominate “The Shitter”.

I’d also want to nominate “The Worst Venue On Earth” as it’s what I’ve been informally calling it for years now. I actually had the chance to see radiohead there and I turned it down cause I knew I would just be angry about the sound the whole time.
I should call it by its first, and longest, name.
Sony-Blockbuster Entertainment Centre on the Waterfront.
It was the E-Center before is was Tweeter. it took a long time for me to get used it that. however, i never go to shows there so it doesn’t really matter.

Sony E-center. So why would it stop being E-center whoever owns it? I haven’t heard “E-center” in years, everyone said “Tweeter”. Weird how people go along with that change that makes no sense. No one ever called it “The Sony”.
It’s not just the sound, it’s the whole place. I’ve seen a couple good shows there in spite of it.
I’m pretty sure there are worse venues on Earth, but you’d think a recent multi-million dollar one would use like modern venue technology to at least be better the the Mann, which I think it’s based on. Except you actually feel like your at the show in the Mann, not watching it on a bad TV.
i only ever called it the E-center. personally ive always enjoyed going there and as far as large venues go its the one i prefer. i dont like places with stadium seating and try to avoid the F U Center or the Spectrum.
