Restless Everything Syndrome
Some days I just have to move. Physically. I have to move so much that everything gets tight, especially in my lower stomach and lower back. Today is one of those days. I constantly feel like I need to stretch. I bounce my legs and they need to bounce faster I cannot physically vibrate them fast enough to feel relief in the muscles. I can’t stop moving my fingers. I’ve always been this way, but some days it seems to be worse than ever.
What the hell is wrong with me?

I almost always have that. Just one or two legs. But today it’s been EVERYTHING. Can you imagine feeling that need-to-move sensation in your lower back, a muscle that isn’t exactly easy to move around?
The worst is that people other people get bothered by it. I was constantly yelled at for “vibrating the table” at dinner growing up. Thing is, they don’t understand that I can’t stop. It’s like asking me to stop breathing. I can only not do it for so long and it takes all of my willpower to do it.

i still get yelled at for that. only now, people think it’s because i’m a drummer. nope, my musical hobby just happens to coincide perfectly with my spastic limbs.
I had that when I was on anti-depressants. But I’m bipolar. I had to go on ativan. This had it’s own problems. Later they took me off the first drug and that did it.
Maybe you are just sensitive to caffeine.
There’s a skin-crawling sensation with this certain type of panic attack. It’s in my top 5 worst feelings.
I’m OD’d on caffeine almost constantly to counteract the lithium.
awww I’m sorry for yelling at you!!
I know you won’t want to hear this but I have seen how chocolate makes you bounce off the walls, and there’s caffeine in that. You might also have some other food allergies, red dye.. things like that, if it’s really getting to you it might be worth a a strict diet for a while, then introduce things in and see if it makes you react.
