I’m doing the Atkins diet. Gotta drop some weight, I hate exercising, and I love meat. So, really, it’s pretty awesome. And I’ve lost about 10 pounds so far, so yeah.
Heidi, I hate you for not telling me about the whiskey tasting earlier. Even though I should still avoid all alcohol, I would make an exception for that.
Oh I’ve got no problem MAINTAINING my weight. Once I started weighing myself regularly, that was easy and I’ve been the same weight for about a year and a half. It’s losing that’s the problem. In order to lose weight via serving size, I’d be really hungry all the time. So a few weeks of Atkins is getting that done. I understand that it’d be better if I exercised, but I hate exercise. So yeah.
you won’t be hungry all the time, spread the eating out through out the day but make sure its the same amount of food that you’ve been eating for the past year and a half.

I think it’s unfair to label Atkins a “diet” when it comes to John. Diets are supposed to painful and hard to stick to. But noo….John gets to eat all his favorite foods for a few weeks and manages to knock off a few pounds. I’m going to eat cottage cheese in front of you for lunch until you stop dieting just so I know you won’t be able to enjoy it with those large curds staring you in the face.
