The Best Reason to vote for Obama yet
Today in Wyoming (which he won! yay!) Obama pledged “that he would restore respect for law in the White House by reviewing every executive order issued by President George W. Bush and discarding any deemed unconstitutional.”

Who deems how constitutional something is? Is that like the gang down the street determining how street something is?
Generally the Supreme Court or the Attorney General. But a whole lotta good they’ve done over the past few years.

Is it the President’s purview to simply eliminate executive orders they don’t like, without court oversight? I’m guessing yes, and that would be one really excellent reason (if true) to vote for the dude.
Also, I’d like the national anthem to be changed to “A Fifth of Beethoven”.
I think because it’s an executive order it can be overridden by the executive in power. It’s not like they went through any judicial process in the first place.
Also, is a fifth of beethoven any different from beethoven’s fifth?
