C’mon, you guys don’t remember that bum in Philly that used to use that line? What’s the best city in the nation? You’d say, Philadelphia. He’d say, “NO! It be Genero-city!” Then he’d ask what the best nation in the world was and you’d say, “The USA.” He would look at you as if you was uneducated and respond, “NO! It be donation! Now gimme some money.” Then you’d laugh and you’d give him a buck or two for making you laugh.
