AirBorne is Bullshit
I was starting to suspect this as I lay in bed crippled with disease for the third time this year. Now science has confirmed it. AirBorne is junk. Just take a multivitamin.

yeah, i never beleived this stuff worked and never took it, but i know people that swore by it and took it when they felt something coming on, only to still get sick.
is it too late to get involved in the lawsuit?
another thing that i thought that turned out true:
being too clean gets you sick. all these antibactierial things are making us sicker because they are preventing us from coming into contact with germs and building up an immunity.
i win. twice.
There’s definitely something to taking a good regimen of vitamins and minerals every day in the winter to build up and keep up your immunity strong for the many bugs you come in contact with. I’d even bet that if you took an airborne every day all winter it would minimize your illnesses since it does contain vitamins and minerals. I think it’s more just the idea that if you feel it coming on and take one, or if you take one before entering a crowded area that somehow that’s enough.
The entire reason I like Airborne is because it’s just some extra vitamins to boost your immune system and not some yucky cold medicine. I have a feeling whatever boost you were giving yourself was instantly counteracted by never sleeping.
Sleeping more would make you less sickly.
I understand that you’re afraid of the dark and all that, but maybe you can convince Gosia to leave a hallway light on for you.
